How we started WhenTheyReadIT.com?
>> Of course, there was a need to have this service available. We tried to search on internet for this kind of service and found some sites(like DidTheyReadIT.com, ReadNotify.com etc.), but they charge lots of $$$ for the service, so we decided to build our own service and make it FREE for all to use.

Example uses of WhenTheyReadIt.com:

A business owner who had sent project proposal to a client/company. He/she can know how often the recipient had read the proposal.
